A native of West Texas, Mr. Long is an oil and gas entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience founding and operating businesses that invest and provide services across the upstream and midstream value chains. Most recently, he was president and founder of EnWater Solutions LLC and Pelagic Water Systems LLC, where he led the funding, construction and commercialization of a produced water-gathering and disposal system located in the Southern Delaware Basin in West Texas. Mr. Long holds a B.S. from Texas Christian University.

Mr. Reitz has more than 20 years of upstream and midstream engineering, construction, and operations experience in West Texas. Most recently, he served as Vice President for EnWater Solutions LLC, where he managed the construction and operations of our legacy produced water gathering and disposal system in the Southern Delaware Basin. Before starting EnWater with Jason Long, he was an Operations Engineer for Diamondback Energy. Prior to that, he was a Production and Completions Engineer for BOPCO and a Field Engineer for Chesapeake Midstream Development, focused on gathering pipelines and compressor facilities. Mr. Reitz holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Mr. McNeely currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of WaterBridge and has held this role since September 2024. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Finance of WaterBridge from July 2019 to August 2024, and Director of Finance of WaterBridge from April 2018 to June 2019. Prior to joining WaterBridge, Mr. McNeely served as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at Citigroup from June 2015 to March 2018.

Before that, he served in various roles within the intelligence community, including for CACI International Inc. from 2010 to 2012, and Leidos Holdings Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Before joining CACI International, Mr. McNeely served as an active-duty Air Force intelligence officer from 2005 to 2010. Mr. McNeely graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in Computational Mathematics in 2005, the University of Oklahoma with a Master of Arts in International Relations in 2011, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with a Master of Business Administration in 2016.

Mr. Bolling has more than 17 years of experience advising energy clients, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, midstream commercial agreements and surface land transactions. He has served as the General Counsel of LandBridge since October 2021 and joined WaterBridge as General Counsel in 2018. Prior to WaterBridge, he served as assistant general counsel at PennTex Midstream Partners LP, a publicly-traded natural gas gathering and processing master limited partnership. He began his practice at Bracewell LLP, where he focused on capital markets and M&A transactions. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas and a B.S. in economics and history from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Williams has more than 18 years of accounting and finance leadership experience within the oil & gas industry. In his time at LandBridge, Mr. Williams has streamlined our accounting, tax, reporting, and control processes to accommodate our rapid expansion and growth. Prior to joining LandBridge, Mr. Williams spent 9 years at BHP where he served in various North America and global leadership roles focused on asset acquisition and integration, financial and production systems, organizational transformation, and operational finance and accounting. Mr. Williams began his career in public accounting at Grant Thornton and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Houston.
